Sky West Builders is committed to high quality, detail oriented project management of your project.  The size, scope, complexity, and stage of construction govern the amount of time spent per day on-site.

Construction Stage

Supervision is most needed for tasks at the beginning, first period of construction  including ordering fixtures and materials, foundation, framing, rough in placement and inspection of Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical elements.  After the insulation and drywall stage occurs, on-site management tapers off.  On-site supervision picks back up during the trim and cabinet stage (unless all details are drawn) and continues until color selection and paint/stain details are finalized.

Finish Out Stage

The finish-out stage of installing counters, flooring, tile, and fixtures including appliances require a great deal of supervision.  As the project nears completion and the punch list is created, appointments are scheduled to complete inspections and various tasks, as required.  During this stage, daily site visits of a varying length of time typically occur as well as frequent phone and email communication.
