At Sky West Builders, we level with you at the beginning about your budget rather than using the “foot in the door low price” only to “change order it up” later.   During the bidding process, we uncover the costs and issues to arrive at an accurate budget upfront. A construction timeline is given based on reality and we help you fully understand the timeline, highlight your decisions that impact the time, including downtime for inspections.  Our documented process makes it easy to follow what materials/building services you’ll get, when you’ll get it, and when incremental payments are due as detailed in the contract.

‘Insuring’ High Quality

Sky West Builders carries General Liability and Builder’s Risk Insurance on all projects.  A structural warranty is provided, when applicable.  Sky West Builders only uses quality sub-contractors.  Having over 30 years of experience, we’ve discovered the quality of our subcontractors and the quality of their work defines each and every one of Sky West Builder’s successful remodeling and home building projects.
